- The investor is permitted 30 days usage per annum and is contracted to the unit they have purchased. The minimum stay per duration is 1 week.
- The high season months for the Pinatar Arena are April, May, October, November and December.
- Therefore, if the investor gives 3 months’ notice they are guaranteed dates outside of the Pinatar High Season. Less than 3 months’ notice is then subject to availability.
- There is a 20 euro per day charge while the investor stays at the property. This is to cover daily cleaning, electricity and water.
- The investor is issued a VIP membership giving access to all facilities in the hotel and Pinatar Arena.
- Legal fees = 1% of purchase price
- Stamp Duty = 1.5%
- Land registration = 300 to 500 euro (estimation depending on unit purchased)
