Montana Holdings (UK) Limited owns the rights and planning approvals to develop some 60 acres on Rum Cay, Commonwealth of the Bahamas. The development is in two parts, being the Queens Gate Private Gated Estate (see under land lots) and the Rum Cay Ocean Resort & Spa. A planned new luxury leisure resort centred around St Georges Bay, on the south east coast of the island of Rum Cay, in the Bahamas ‘chain of Family Islands’.

Within the boundaries of the Rum Cay Development located on its southern property boundary border and the sea, is located an independent property estate of approximately 15 acres of beach side property that will accommodate the Rum Cay Ocean Resort & Spa.

Phase One will consist of up to 128 Luxury Freehold Beach Cottages, situated around a central Beach Club incorporating a Restaurant/Bar, Spa, Gym, Infinity Pools, Shop, Business Centre, TV Theatre and Games Room.

Prices start from only GBP £105,950  with only a 30% deposit payable as a 70% Deferred Payment Plan is available to ALL Buyers (non-status), if required upon completion, repayable over 5, 10 or 15 years. Full details can be provided with monthly repayments on all properties.

A Resort Rental Option Agreement is also available to provide a 50% share of the net rental income from completion as the Rum Cay Ocean Resort & Spa will be looked after and managed on behalf of investors. Montana Holdings will contract with an internationally renowned hotel brand for this purpose.

Development

The tropical Island of Rum Cay, is part of the world renowned Family Islands within The Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Montana Holdings UK Ltd. owns the rights and planning approvals for two contiguous developments of some 60 acres in total, the ‘QueensGate’, a private gated estate and the ‘Rum Cay Ocean Resort & Spa’. Both of these founding facilities are contained within the boundaries of a luxury 875 acre development centred around St Georges Bay on the south-eastern coast of the island. This major international development is known as the ‘Rum Cay Marina Resort’ and is classified as a government ‘Anchor Project’. Owner and master developer is Montana Holdings Ltd [Bahamas].

The ‘QueensGate’ private gated estate runs to some 45 acres and is located behind and adjacent to the Rum Cay Ocean Resort & Spa. It consists of some 140 freehold building Lots, varying in size from a ¼ to 1 acre, some 60 Lots having already been sold. The Montana Holdings senior management houses are located at the back of this development. Freehold building Lots start from under GBP £30,000 during the initial period of the resort development, with 100% non-status financeavailable by way of an unsecured Deferred Payment Plan of up to 15 years.
